The morning assembly on 5th November 2025 was conducted in connection with National Stress Awareness Day, under the guidance of Mrs. Sheheena, the teacher in charge. The program was organized to spread awareness about the importance of mental health and stress management among students.
The assembly began with a prayer led by Naja and Fida, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

Najma then led the pledge, reminding everyone of their responsibility toward maintaining positivity and harmony in daily life.

A beautiful thought for the day was shared by Sajeena emphasizing the need to stay calm and be kind to our minds even in stressful situations. The news reading was done by Nandana, keeping everyone updated with the latest happenings.
To make the program more engaging, Nidha conducted a game related to stress relief, which brought smiles and laughter to everyone. A poster presentation prepared by Shaneer .
The entire program was anchored by Jasina, who smoothly coordinated all the events and maintained the flow of the assembly. The assembly successfully conveyed the message that mental well-being is as important as physical health, and that everyone should take small steps daily to relax, stay positive, and support one another.
