Summary: The Technological Empowerment Training Program on “Digital Literacy in Physical and Health Education (PHE)” was conducted on 3rd September 2024, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Mr. Mohamed Prince M., an Assistant Professor at MITC, served as the sole resource person for the session. He facilitated various digital opportunities for assessing and maintaining health. Additionally, the participants engaged in some minor games to enhance practical understanding.
