On 18 November 2024, an awareness and registration camp for the ‘Thozhil Theeram’ project was conducted jointly by the Fisheries Department of Kerala (Ponnani Office) and the Career Guidance & Placement Cell of MI Training College, Ponnani. This initiative aimed at enhancing career opportunities for students belonging to the fishermen community.
The camp attracted a large number of participants from the local community, primarily students who are interested in exploring career opportunities within the fisheries sector.
