The Social Science club organized an assembly under the coordination of Sheheena A M on August 9 2024, dedicated to the freedom fighters and remembered Nagazaki day too. The assembly was meticulously planned, incorporating various elements that highlighted the significance of the Quit India movement and nagazaki day.

Anchoring and Introduction

The assembly was anchored by Suneera, who began the proceedings with the quotes of Einstein and welcomed all students and teachers. She introduced the theme of the day, focusing on the quit india day and the ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi.

Prayer

Fabitha, Ramseena and Aneesa Narghes v started the assembly in a solemn prayer, setting a respectful and focused tone for the event.

Pledge

Praveena then took the stage to lead the college in the Pledge, reaffirming the students’ commitment to their duties and responsibilities as citizens.

News Update

Shahanas provided the day’s news, keeping everyone informed about current events, with a special emphasis on the latest updates related to the wayanad issues.

PPT Presentation

Bhavana presented a detailed and engaging PowerPoint presentation on Quit india Day. The presentation was well-received, offering insightful information and visual appeal, contributing to the educational atmosphere of the assembly.

Conclusion

The assembly concluded with closing remarks by the Social Science club Head Mrs Shaheena A M, who thanked everyone for their active participation. The Head discussed a few words about Quit India and nagazaki day. Then the assembly dispersed for further programmes related to Quit India day and Nagazaki day, conducted by the Social Science club.
