On 6th August 2024, the MI Training College Ponnani organized a series of events to commemorate Hiroshima Day, a solemn occasion that marks the anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. The club conducted a quiz competition and a poster-making activity to raise awareness about the devastating effects of nuclear warfare and to promote the message of peace.

Poster-Making Activity

The day began with poster-making activity, where students were invited to express their thoughts and feelings about Hiroshima Day through art. The theme of the posters was “Peace and the Horrors of War,” and participants were encouraged to creatively depict the impact of the Hiroshima bombing and the universal desire for peace.
