On January 3, 2023, MI Training College (MITC) in Ponnani organized a comprehensive schedule for the International Mind-Body Wellness Day, featuring a series of enriching activities:

The day commenced with a refreshing yoga session from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM, fostering physical well-being and mindfulness among the participants. The session aimed to enhance flexibility, improve concentration, and promote a sense of inner peace.

    Following the morning session, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the participants embarked on an educational visit to the local fire station. This visit provided valuable insights into fire safety measures and emergency response protocols, equipping participants with essential knowledge on handling fire-related emergencies.

    In the afternoon, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, an inspiring session was conducted by Abdul Rasheed, a renowned motivational speaker. Titled “Comprehend, Control, and Conquer the Mind,” the session focused on mental resilience, self-awareness, and strategies for personal growth. The engaging talk encouraged participants to develop a positive mindset and harness their potential effectively.
