The MI Training College, Ponnani, organises a series of study tours that are highly relevant, educational and immersive. Each Study tour is thoughtfully designed to complement the academic curriculum and provide students with practical exposure to the field of diverse cultures, societies, geographical and historical locations. Through visits to Hampi, Dandeli and Gokarna in Karnataka students gain valuable firsthand insights into the workings of the socially diverse structures in specific geographical locations. These experiences bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real world practice, enabling students to develop a deeper understanding of contemporary issues and professional practices. The study tour ( February 01 – 05, 2026 ) was organized as part of the two year B.Ed. program at the University of Calicut under the mentorship of faculty coordinator Mr. Fayis P. S. Three second year students Bhavana Bhagyanath, Henna Fathima, and Arya Ravi served as student coordinators. Dr. Silva P., Dr. Ramitha Rahman, Mr. Nikhil P. V., and Mrs. Anjana Aravind (non teaching staff) escorted the visit.
