A Mental Health Awareness Class was organized today at MI Training College, Ponnani, under the aegis of the Career Guidance and Adolescence Cell of MI Girls Higher Secondary School (MI GHSS). The session aimed to educate higher secondary students on the importance of mental health and equip them to navigate the challenges of adolescence effectively.

The program was inaugurated by Mr. Manaf, Principal of MI GHSS, who stressed the importance of nurturing emotional well-being alongside academic pursuits. The event was skillfully coordinated by Mr. Lijo, ensuring its success.
