On 21 October 2024, a Yoga Training Session was held for the B.Ed. students at MI Training College (MITC), Ponnani. The session took place at the Centre Space of the campus, providing a peaceful and conducive environment for the participants.

The training was led by Mr. Mohammed Prince, Assistant Professor of Physical Education, who brought his expertise in fitness and wellness to the session. The objective of the training was to introduce the students to basic yoga practices aimed at enhancing physical flexibility, mental clarity, and stress management.

Mr. Prince guided the students through a series of warm-up exercises, followed by various asanas (yoga postures) and breathing techniques. The session focused on both the physical and mental benefits of yoga, emphasizing how regular practice can contribute to improved concentration and overall well-being—skills essential for aspiring teachers.
