The 78th Independence Day was celebrated at MIGHSS on 15/08/2024. The program started promptly at 9:30 AM with the flag hoisting by the Honorable Principal of the school, Manaf VP. All the students and teachers gathered around the school ground. The Headmaster of the school, Mr. Jarishurahman PM, delivered the presidential address, and the felicitation was done by Joe CL, the Staff Secretary.The Independence Day message was given by Habeeb Master. Abdul Gafur Al Shama, the PTA President, was the chief guest.
The school also conducted various cultural programs, including patriotic songs, storytelling, speeches, and a fancy dress competition. In the fancy dress competition, the 28 states of India were represented by UP section students with the help of teachers and parents.
The Independence Day celebration was a grand success, filled with pride and a deep sense of patriotism, leaving everyone inspired to contribute towards the progress of our nation.
