Introduction: MI Training College organized a delightful Food Fest on November 21, 2023, showcasing a diverse array of culinary delights from various regions and cultures. Program Highlights:

Opening Ceremony: The Food Fest at MI Training College was inaugurated with great enthusiasm by the esteemed college principal, Mrs. Ajitha Kumary mam and faculty members. They emphasized the importance of recognizing and nurturing individual talents alongside academic pursuits.

The Food Fest at MI Training College featured a variety of creatively named stalls, each offering a unique culinary experience. They are:

  • Vadakkini
  • Khana Peena
  • Theta
  • Chilu Corner

Dishes: Ira chi pattiri  Irani Pola, kaya Pola, Unna kaya, chicken sandwich, muttamala, Mutta surkka, panni puri, Unni appam etc.

Juice items: orange juice, carrot juice, papaya juice, pine apple juice, and water melon juice etc.

Traditional food items like kappa and variety of chamanthi’s also available in the fest.

The students were very enthusiastic and energetic about setting up the stalls and preparing the food items.

Community Engagement: The Food Fest was not just about food; it was about bringing the college community together. Students, faculty, and staff mingled freely, sharing laughter and stories as they sampled different delicacies.
