Traditional Pookalam making: The festivities commenced with a Pookalam (floral carpet) where students showcased their creativity by designing colorful floral arrangements. The intricate patterns and vibrant colors added a festive charm to the surroundings.

Cultural Performances: Students presented a variety of cultural programs including classical dance performances like mega thiruvathira, kaikottikali, and varius traditional dances. The performances captivated the audience and showcased the rich heritage of Kerala.

Onam Sadhya. No Onam celebration is complete without a lavish feast, and College ensured that everyone indulged in the traditional Onam Sadhya. A delectable spread of authentic Kerala delicacies, served on banana leaves, delighted the taste buds of all attendees. From mouth-watering dishes like Avial, Thoran, and Sambhar, pappadam, Upperi, Kalan, pickle, pulingi to delectable desserts like Payasam, the feast captured the essence of Onam’s culinary delights.

Traditional Attire: Students and faculty adorned traditional Kerala attire such as kasavu sarees, mundu, and veshti, adding to the festive ambiance of the event. The vibrant colors and elegant designs showcased the beauty of Kerala’s cultural heritage.

Games and Activities: Various traditional games and activities were organized, including tug-of-war, uriyadi (pot-breaking), and musical chair competitions, Sundari Ku Pottuthodal, lemon spoon etc. These activities brought participants together and added an element of fun and excitement to the celebration.
