MI-HRDC is a Social Empowerment Initiative by M.I. Training College, Ponnani, spearheaded by its IQAC with the vision of bridging the gap between academia and society. Launched under the leadership of Principal Dr. Naseerali M.K. in 2024, MI-HRDC is committed to providing quality vocational training and awareness programs to the public, especially to marginalized communities, thereby transforming lives through skill development.
With the firm belief that colleges should serve beyond their students and actively contribute to society, MI-HRDC fosters a two-way interaction between the institution and its surroundings. The initiative was officially inaugurated on January 1, 2025, by Dr. Dilip K. Kaninikkara, Sub-collector, marking the beginning of its mission with the launch of a Free Tailoring Training Program for Women.
MI-HRDC envisions expanding its scope to various skill development and community-oriented initiatives, ensuring sustained social impact and empowerment.

തയ്യൽ പരിശീലനത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടാം ബാച്ച് ഏപ്രിലിൽ ആരംഭിക്കും
പൊന്നാനി എം ഐ ടെയിനിങ്ങ് കോളേജിനു കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന എം.ഐ മാനവ വിഭവശേഷി വികസന കേന്ദ്രവും (MI- Human Resource Development Centre) NSS യൂണിറ്റും യോജിച്ചു നടത്തുന്ന തയ്യൽ പരിശീലനത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടാം ബാച്ചിലേക്ക് വനിതകളിൽ നിന്നും അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ചു. ഏപ്രിൽ മധ്യത്തിൽ ക്ലാസുകൾ ആരംഭിക്കും. മൂന്നു മാസത്തെ പരിശീലനത്തിനു ആദ്യം അപേക്ഷ നൽകുന്ന 60 പേർക്കാണ് അവസരം ലഭിക്കുക. വനിതകൾക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകാം. www.mitc.ac.in/mihrdc വെബ്സൈറ്റ് മുഖേന രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാം.
